Accessibility statement
We make this service accessible under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations 2013, reg. 35A (Israeli Standard 5568, level AA) and reg. 35E (accessibility statement).
Adjustments made
- Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right, with the page language marked
- "Skip to main content" link and full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline
- Labels on every form field, error messages with role=alert, headings and navigation landmarks
- AA colour contrast, text zoom to 200% and narrow (phone) screens supported
- Tables with headers and an accessible scroll region
- Automated check (axe-core, WCAG 2.0/2.1 A+AA) of every page in Hebrew and English, desktop and phone
- Internal audit on 21 Oct 2026 of the key flows (sign-in, payroll run, payslip, Form 101, employee portal): screen-reader simulation, keyboard-only use, focus order, 200% zoom, contrast and right-to-left Hebrew
- Payslip PDFs are tagged (Tagged PDF) with document language, title and paragraph structure
Known limitations
- This is an internal audit, not a certified audit by a service accessibility auditor
- Screen readers were tested by computer simulation, not on real devices with NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver
- PDF tagging is basic and not validated against PDF/UA; all payslip data is also on the accessible "Gross-to-net explanation" page
